I love being back here! I went down to Palm Springs today to look at studio apartments. The affordable ones were dumps and the nice ones were too much money. The rents have gone up quite a bit from when I was checking on line a couple months ago, I guess because of the snowbirds moving in for the winter. I would rather be down there (PS) but it looks like I will have to find something else up here for now . I will be sure to check the places out in the daylight this time!
