I've always wanted to go to Betty's it sounds like such a fun place. So glad you got to meet up with Lori and Ernie.

I remember this picture! Is the woman next to Jenny named Jill and did she have a forum name that had sun in it?

Yes, that's Jill and her boyfriend's name was Tommy I think. I can't remember her forum name but I think you are right that it had sun in it.

That's the one where I met Jill and she told me about this group. Everyone but her had left and we were pulling in to the spot in front of her as she was packing and heading out. Just 5 more minutes....I lucked out! Wasn't her forum name Sunseeker?

Yes, that was 2006. I'm wearing a wig because I just finished chemo and had no hair! That was a lot of fun, and a trip I really looked forward to.

I have heard about that campground and it always sounds like it is so much fun! I am glad you are confirming it. I drive down I 10 a few times a year and the next time I do I will stop for the night. Glad you are having a good time and tell Martha I said hello!

Liz, forgot (maybe on purpose ) that her wig was purple, given to her by a friend. She had several types of hats she wore on that trip but thought that would be more fun. That woman never lets anything stop her !!!! We had a great time, our first GTG. So many since and all are fun. I'm thinking it's time to go back to Betty's though.
