It is really hard to believe that this park exists in Ft. Lauderdale. It's a state park, is big rig friendly, has full hook ups, has a gate at night and security patrol. The sites are paved and the vegetation is lush. My site was $33.50 a nite plus a $1.00 per pet charge for the total visit. I was in site A10. Address is 1000 NW 38th Street, Oakland Park, FL.

Here's a couple of pictures.

On a scale of 1 - 10, I'd give this a 10.

That's really nice. I was very impressed with the couple FL state parks I went to. Thanks for the pictures and the recommendation.
