Has anyone stayed at the Pontchartrain Landing in New Orleans?

I haven't but I have friends that have and they love it. It's on my list.
Only Irish coffee provides in a single glass all four essential food groups: alcohol, caffeine, sugar and fat.

We just stayed there 4 nts this past July. Loved it. They have PA rates for their inside spots. But the lake front spots are pricey! They have a restaurant on property and a shuttle to the French Quarter 3 times a day for a small fee!

PA is Passport America, a 50% discount program.

I've stayed there a number of times. Definitely want to have Passport America to get the half price rate. They have pull throughs and back ins, pool, hot tub, etc. You can take the shuttle as Chris mentioned or drive to the French Quarter easily. It's a nice, safe place to stay right on the water.

Thanks for all the information!

I made the reservations today for 4 days in October. I reserved a super site for us and a floating villa for the mom's. We consider this a mother's day present/trip. :D
I know it's not close to mothers day but we try to get one trip in a year, we've been doing this for at least 5 years.
They don't care for RV sleeping or restroom  - I've only had the RV 1 1/2 yrs or so...babysteps :!:

Looking forward to the trip!

If y'all come here let me know, I didn't even know about this, but I live and work outside of New Orleans.
