question about hitches

question about hitches

What, if any, difference is there between a weight distribution hitch and a stabilizer hitch? It that the same thing?
Barbie, Romeow, and Sophie, missing Lola! (and lots of ferrets running around in my heart!)

this is one of those times that I would yell up to hubby and ask and he would give me the answer
unfortunately can't do that...I do know that we had a stabilizer on when we had a tt and it helped
to prevent the wobbling for lack of a better word...for sure someone else well be able to answer better
but would recommend the stabilizer

Barbie, if you Google stabilizer hitch, the results are weight distribution hitches so I think they are one in the same. Along with weight distribution, you can add a sway bar - some hitches come with both. Someone with personal knowledge may have a better answer, but Google is my friend.
