Meet "Dreamer"

Postby lak99 » Wed Oct 03, 2012 10:54 pm

Hi Ladies,

Since joining this forum I have decided to sell my truck and camper and I bought
Dreamer, my new-to-me first Class C. This pic was taken on my 3rd day out.
Almost looks like I know what I am doing, don't you think! I love her and my
kitties did fine on the first trip. In fact the previous owner had installed a kitty
door to one of the storage compartments for the litter box. It was made for me.

I want to try to RV over the winter months. I hope I can get out of here before the
snow flies.

I have been wondering what you decided! How long is Dreamer? Would love to see inside photos.

She is only 24 feet long and is a 2001 Tioga. MUCH easier to drive than my
truck and camper. I know that you and I were some of the few that had a
truck and camper. But I like this much better because it is about the same
length as my truck and camper BUT I don't have to get out to get to the
bathroom, etc. She also has a sofa and wardrobe slide. That really helps.

Congratulations, what a great looking rig. AND you certainly do look like you are all dialed in for camping. I am sure you will enjoy Dreamer.

Dreamer looks perfect for you. I think its safer for a woman traveling alone to have her bathroom where she doesn't have to get out to use it.

What Karen said...that and I have a bladder that wants what it wants when it wants. I also like being able to stop for a nap at a rest area and know that I can get up and drive off immediately if I need to! :)

Yes, it does look like you know exactly what you're doing... with the kitty setup, it was definitely 'meant to be'. Love the name - Dreamer. Can't wait to see inside pics. Enjoy! :D

Nice rig... and a KITTY DOOR!?! Coolness!

You truly do have an RV made for you. I'll be curious how the "boys" will fair when the time comes. Sebastian just deals with car rides, but poor Pierre announces his displeasure for a good long time.
