It was a long time coming but it looks like you got the perfect rig. Maybe someday you can come to East Texas for a visit.

Congratulations!

Tip: If you put a pizza stone in the bottom of your oven (on the metal floor) or some unglazed tiles. They will help stabilize the heat in you oven and help prevent you from burning your cookies. The RV oven is known for hot spots. Also since I can't get down low enough to see the pilot light these days, I use the movie camera feature on my phone to see pilot light when I light it. ;)
