Also roll in if breeze comes up. We had ours almost rip off and flipped over roof when a very slight breeze turned to a brief bad gust!
Have fun.

I got a taste of that when a friend and I were WD40-ing the joints in the driveway on a breezy day last week. We were almost flying not-so–nuns! Now I know to be extra careful and will definitely stow it when a breeze comes up.

Aflo gets a facelift

Thought I'd post a few pictures of the little projects I've been working on in the van - mostly cosmetic. Although, I did get a new house battery as part of the big inspection/servicing, as well as get the broken waste dump handle replaced, a new exhaust pipe, and the fridge sorted out.

Some new curtains - made them myself from some fabric I bought last year just 'cause I loved the print. Had to order some new glide tape for the side door pair, but was able to reuse all the track gliders for the windshield ones.

Ugly, old, cold linoleum floor:

Covered with foam "puzzle" pieces which are softer, warmer, and still let me access the shower floor drain

New drawer/door handles which don't cut into my hands when I lift & pull - plus more sleek & modern.

Really like those curtains and the other changes you are making to make it your own home.

Love it! Those foam pieces on the floor are a great idea! We have some in the garage still in package that I am going to confiscate. Should be wonderful in my cold weather camping....although ours are bright yellow. I like yours better :)
Thanks for the post.

I like the foam pad idea. I will have to check that out for this winter. I just repaired the broken tabs in my front curtain. If I was really ambitious I would make a new curtain. I really like yours. I will have to keep an eye out for some material I like.
