Great job on the van Anne. I give you a lot of credit for being so creative and industrious.

Most I've ever made were cornices for windows and my geometry is not so good - kept cutting the bay window pieces backwards :x finally had a cousin's husband cut them for me.

The "mad" part is definitely true - the "talent" part maybe not so much!

I have friends that refer to me as that "crazy lady".

Thank you for the kind words.

I am very impressed with what you've done with the van, and equally impressed with your photos and explanation of the work! How talented you are, and very innovative! I love your idea for the removable beds! And your using nuts and bolts and screws rather than nails to make mistakes more easily corrected. Also good to know to watch for safe heaters when time to buy one.

I loved reading your entries here! Congratulations on a great job, sewing and all!

Enjoyed watching u put together your van. We have one that we used for many trips with our son and his friends, although since it was just for short trips (2-4 weeks), we didn't bother about carpet or insulation. Our bed goes across the back (for 2). The top is cut in half and flippable so we can access our storage bins without having to slide any out if we want to. Now that u have only one bed, that's probably not necessary. Good job. Since we sold our house, the storage area has what's left of our former life ;)
