I was thinking of putting some sort of sign on the back of my rig that said something like "Beware: old lady driving a lot of vehicle" but couldn't think of anything as clever as you did!

I always think of the line in Fried Green Tomatoes where the woman told the young girls who were trying to take her parking space that she had better insurance than they did. Those little cars that constantly try to cut me off have little plastic bumpers, while I have big steel ones, for example. What are they thinking to try to tackle my 15,000 pounds of moving vehicle???

Guess I need to do some more thinking and try to get creative. Would be happy to take suggestions.

Judy I debated over a couple of different thiings. One was, "Pass or get off my ass". I hate being tailgated. The other was, "Beware, woman, student driver". Figured that would scare people from tailgating.

Karen -

I love it! AND I hope to see it on the road one of these days. I will honk and wave and say 'I know who that crazy lady is!'. Then we can go to lunch!

Take care!

I told my granddaughter that I thought a bumper that should be made available was one for cars that have stick shifts saying "stick shift and I will roll back"
they just seem to get on a persons butt and sticks do roll back

Funny Sheila! I often thought I'd like a bumper sticker that read, "CAUTION: Woman driver, stick shift." But I'm actually pretty good with a stick. So maybe now it'll be "Old blonde, lead foot."
