Welcome. I did not make it to Newfoundland, but I did get to New Brunswick, PEI, and Nova SCotia. Make sure you get to Lunenburg in Nova Scotia. There is a city campground right next to the visitor center. Best part is that you can then walk to downtown. Houses there are all painted wild colors--really a neat town worth spending a day or two in. Check out my blog page on that town at http://grandmajjb.blogspot.com/2015/09/ ... rg-ns.html

Also, very interesting place is Peggy's Cove. I have a post on that as well.

One tip is that they only charge you for leaving PEI, so you might want to take the ferry from Nova Scotia going and the bridge coming back. Bridge is much cheaper than ferry!!

And don't miss Bar Harbor. There is a terrific shuttle service that stops at nearly all the campgrounds and a separate route through the Acadia National Park. No need to drive at all!

Welcome, Linda. My husband and I lived in Tampa almost 30 years. Well he lived there since he was 11. Ten years ago we sold our house and full timed til a month ago when we bought a villa in Sarasota and will only be "part timers." Enjoy your travels and a great bunch of gals.

Welcome! I envy your itinerary. Sounds wonderful. Do keep us informed. I plan to take off for a couple of months in the fall....first real RVing....but will probably keep south, since I don't do snow. Your trip could entice me to get up north in the summertime. Happy trails.

Welcome, Linda! My first RV was a 1999 Roadtrek 170. I loved it! Sounds like you have some great travel plans!
