KudNos to Baltimore Freightliner

Not only is this a difficult place to get in and out of, but their main concentration is on trucks. I recently had to have my rv towed there (closest facility) for a bearing gasket that had blown. They had my unit there for 2 weeks before they started working on it. It was another week there while they worked on it. The service manager treated me like I was a 16 year old idiot that didn't know a wheel from a boat! He felt it necessary to explain to me what a drive shaft is! In child's terms!

A great alternitive to this freightliner is just a little ways north in York, PA. Easy access on and off of I-83, nice large parking lot to maneuver around in, excellent customer service.
