White Castle Hamburgers

Wasn't sure if I should put this under books or recipes, but here is a link to a book all about the White Castle history, that includes lots of recipes made with WC burgers.

Sliders are just mini hamburgers. White Castles are square hamburgers about 3" X 3" with 5 holes in them to cook faster, and the buns are also square, soft on the outside and soggy on the inside, so they "slide" down your throat easy! Yum!! :D (Also known as "gut bombs" since they can sometimes wreak havoc with your digestive system :shock: )
