I have just finished another good book by Lisa See. Shanghai Girls. The story begins in 1937 and continues on through the '50's.
It is the story of two sisters from Shanghai, their struggles and their love for one another. Altho fiction, I call it an historical novel as it contains facts happening during that time period. very good read. lyn

That sounds really interesting. Such a tumultuous time in China!
