I finally got my photos uploaded from my new camera that I took at the arboretum a couple weeks ago. I am impressed with the quality of the photos from this camera. I took 250 pics but narrowed it down to the best 50 for here! There are a lot but they are very pretty! I hope you like azaleas as much as I do!

The baby pine cones on this tree are red, soft and waxy feeling, like flowers. Cool!

More azaleas of all different colors!

There is a 3 mile drive thru the woods if you don't want to walk...

Beautiful pictures. I love the waterfall. Looks like you were there at the peak of bloom...must have been a wonderfully, relaxing day among all those colors.

Beautiful pictures, particularly liked the yellow and white Azaleas at least I think they were Azaleas. Also liked the twig house but all were spectacular! Thanks for posting them. What kind of camera did you use?

Thanks! I have a Kodak EasyShare Z915 with 10 megapixals and 10X zoom. I still have to play with all the different buttons and adjustments and learn more about it but I think I did pretty good my first time out!

And yes those yellow and white flowers were azaleas. I have never seen so many azaleas in so many different colors!

Oh, my! Such lovely pictures. I can see why you love the place. I know I'd be there often.
The Japanese maples are in almost everyone's yards here in the PNW. There are so many versions of them. I have a coral bark Japanese maple in my front yard.
Thanks for sharing, I truly enjoyed myself.
