I find this both interesting and scary, and if I'm ever in the Napa Valley, I'm gonna be one of those people standing at the fence
just looking in awe. The website also shows a picture of it under construction, which made it easier for me to visualize where the
water goes.

Wow! Awesome and scary at the same time. Wouldn't want to be anywhere near that thing in a boat.

wow...never heard of a drain hole have seen overflow guess it would be a similar purpose
