Good morning from cold Indianapolis. Josef and are were up early and are already at the State Fairgrounds. As long as it is going to be cold I might as well enjoy the company of dogs and nice people. Hope everyone finds a good day today.

Good morning from sunny and warmer northern California ! Son and I have a dentist checkup in a few hours so I'm handing out pills early (my vitamins, Mel pain green capsule and son morning meds so he will be fully awake when I need him. Even the kitties are still asleep. We are in a slightly cooler mode headed to 70 today vs 75 past few days. but still no rain or snow which are both much needed.
I have in thoughts this morning all our members and their families who have struggles: Lyn's daughter dealing with amputation, Martha and Harold, and Beth's sweet Peaches and any I might not specifically remember at moment, I treasure the friends I have gotten to know here, both those I have met in person and those that are as yet virtual friends!

Good morning Mandy and all who follow

I need to get up out of bed soon. The water is being shut off for several hours and I need to wash my hair before I go to work this afternoon.

Last night I heard something running back and forth just under my floors in the hallway and living room while I was watching TV. I did see a rat out in the back yard earlier when I got home. I need to get that dealt with soon!
Thinking that maybe with the coyotes hanging out here lately, that the little critters from the abandoned orange grove next door are hiding out under my house! I am contacting a humane critter control agency nearby to come out and check it out. Finally got the ant problem under control, and now this.

Hope Peaches is feeling better today.

Barbie, hope the unwanted visitors are found and removed. Just got confirmation that my water heater needs to be replaced. They have to order it.... I'll be using the rv park showers again next week But it's a work week, so will get it replaced the following Wed...

I'm going to overnight at the quieter casino tonight. I return to my audiologist tomorrow, so will head back to my park tomorrow night.

I cannot look at rv's when I return. I cannot. (They have the latest, smaller little Winnie and I mistakenly looked at her.)

Well its past morning but good news is the guy that wants to buy the fifth wheel called and will be here tomorrow around 2. I finished everything yesterday and have been somewhat relaxing today. Did check my batteries in the motorhome and added a little distilled water but I'm thinking I might have to replace them. Better that happen now than on the road. Think I'll also get the generator serviced with oil change a filter.

Ava, what are your plans once the 5th wheel is gone? Are you still gonna look for a place to call "home" or just roam around in your home on wheels for awhile?

The place I checked on wants $300 to come out, so I am gonna check around for something cheaper.

I discovered that I accidently killed one of my cute little lizards last night!!! He was under my garbage can and when I moved it to take it out to the street for this mornings pickup, one of the wheels must have run him over. Not a pretty sight Poor guy! I love my little lizard guys!

Off to work shortly...

Barbie, sorry about your little lizard. I think my cats have wiped out all the little green lizards around here. And I haven't seen any green frogs in a while. Maybe they hibernate for the winter.

Beth, you are the second person I know with a relatively new motorhome that has had to replace the water heater. Wonder what's up with that.
