I’ve decided to sell Elsie. My stepbrother is selling his 2010 Pleasure Way and I may buy it. What I want is more room, Elsie is 19’ and has the wet bath but if I could find something in a 22’ that would be ideal. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I want a 2008 or later model.
Here is a bit of information on mine.

2003 Pleasur-Way Excel-MP-4. built on a Dodge Ram 3500
65,500 miles

I have all the records since I purchased about 6 years ago. Tires are 2 years old I believe. Two sealed house batteries (has 1000 watt inverter) and new battery in motor 2 years old. Started right up after being stored since Nov.1st.
Has Spare tire and carrier. Air assisted Suspension,
Non-Centrat/Non/ducted 13,500 BTU
Furnace (13,000-17,000BTU
Air/heat combo in ceiling plus A/c in dash

LPG Gas/smoke Detector
Outside shower
Power Roof Vent
Security System (basic)
6 gallon Water heater gas/elec/ wi/DSI
Driver side doorw/power window
Third passenger seat
Electric couch push button converts to bed. (Very Comfortable) Front sears are also very comfortable. It also has a generator but it needs to be repaired.
65,500 miles

Extremely clean inside. It looks brand new inside. Exterior has some paint flecking around front.

If anyone is interested, please PM me for more information.

If you belong to the Women Who RV group on FB, I'll bet someone there would be very interested.
