Mexican Chicken and Rice

cut up chicken
1 pkg taco seasoning - dry
1 cup flour

mix flour and taco seasoning together in a gallon zip loc bag. Wash chicken. Dip in milk and then put 4 or 5 pieces in zip loc bag. Shake to cover chicken. Place on baking pan (I use 9x13) that has been sprayed with PAM. Bake at 350' for one hour. Turn over half way through.

Rice - I jar salsa and enough water to make 4 cups liquid. Put in sauce pan. Bring to boil add 2 cups dry rice. Stir. Reduce heat to simmer. Let simmer 20-25 minutes till water/salsa mixture has evaporated.

Serve with sour cream and/or guacomole if desired.

If this doesn't make sense let me know.
