Crock Pot Chicken Fiesta

Crock Pot Chicken Fiesta.

4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Halves
1 Jar Pace Medium Picante Sauce 20 Oz. Jar
1/2 cup chopped peppers
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup chopped black olived.. (add at the end with rice)
1 Cup Frozen Corn
1 Can Black Beans, rinsed and drained
2 Cloves Garlic -- minced
1/2 Cup Minute Rice, Long Grain White

Spray crockpot with nonstick cooking spray. Place chicken
breasts in crockpot. Add remaining ingredients, except rice and olives
Cook on high for about 4-6 hours or till Chicken is done... When done,
shred chicken and return to pot
; stir in minute rice and olives. Cook another
30-60 minutes or until rice is tender. Serve in tortillas
for burritos (with lettuce, fat free sour cream, cheese, etc)
or makes a great chicken taco
