Crustless STRAWBERRY PIE
1 small box COOK & SERVE SF Vanilla Pudding
2 c water
3 c strawberries, slices
1 small box SF Strawberry jello
...garnish dessert w/ FF Cool Whip
In med saucepan add water and pudding mix and stir. Bring mixture to a boil.
Remove from heat and immediately add the strawberry jello powder.
Stirring til dissolved. Set aside and cool to room temperature.
Place sliced strawberries on the bottom and up the sides of a deep dish pie plate.
Pour cooled pudding/jello mixture slowly over berries. Refrigerate until completely
chilled. Garnish with cool whip.
VARIATION: Sub Peaches and Peach Jello to make Peach Pie!!
Blackberries and Blackberry Jello to make Blackberry Pie..
Or Mixed Berries and Mixed Berry Jello..oh man oh man..
