Cottage Cheese Ranch Dressing

Ranch is my favorite dressing and of course they say the unhealthiest.so trying cottage cheese. Have to refrigerate for 30 minutes so I am waiting.

16 oz cottage cheese
1 envelope of Hidden Valley seasoning

Blend in food processor or blender
Was too thick so I added a little milmilk

Have my stalk of celery ready. Lol

my favorite dressing is blue cheese look for a recipe for it please chunky would be good

Sheila, dressing was very thick after blending as was warned. I add a splash of milk and it was good. Will switch to this recipe since cottage cheese high in protein. I was very generous with the dressing on my salad.lol

If made with good quality ingredients, no seed oils, and no sugar in the packet, there is nothing unhealthy about Ranch! I make my own mix using one of several recipes, keep the dry ingredientsI in a jar to make dressing or dip using sour cream, cream, and either bacon aisle or avocado or olive oil mayonnaise. That said, I rarely eat salad so don't use it often other than to dip wings in!
