Corn Salad
2 Pkg. 10 oz. Frozen corn thawed
2 C. diced green pepper
2 C. diced red pepper
2 C. diced celery
1 C. minced fresh parsley
1 C. chopped green onion
½ C. shredded Parmesan
2 tsp. gr. Cumin
11/2 tsp. Salt
¾ tsp. Pepper
½ tsp. Hot pepper sauce
1/8 tsp. Cayenne pepper
3 tsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves minced
6 T. lime juice
in a large bowl combine first 12 ingredients. In a microwave safe bowl combine oil, and garlic microwave on high for 1 min. after cooling whisk rest of ingredients combine with the first 12 ingredients
it is really easy to half it but it lasts well
