OOOH I found several that sound really good. I love using the frozen riced cauliflower.

Karen, I’ve never tried riced cauliflower. I added it to my list. Working family liked the recipes too.

Just checked, Bjs has a riced cauliflower 4 lb bag for $7. Added that to my list too. I like cauliflower and a great substitute for potatoes and pasta.

I have to admit I was impressed that none that I looked at were made with cans of soup or packages of seasonings full of crap.

Shirl, I found several that sound really yummy. And like Beth, love that the cans of creamed soups aren't used. One that especially peaked my interest was Creamy Skillet Ranch Chicken & Broccoli.

These sound good to me too! And the sodium content stays below 1000 mg. That is my guide for keeping my sodium down.

I made the lo carb cauliflower with shrimp. Very good. Lots of chopping, took me 30 minutes, I am a slow chopper. Once you get that done, everything else goes fast. I will get three meals out of it. Recommend it. Lyn
