Three Ingredient Mousse

[Shirlv]

1 1/2 cup milk
1 large box chocolate pudding mix( about 5.9 oz)
1 container (16 oz) whipped topping thawed

In a large bowl combine milk and pudding mix, stir until well blended
Fold in whipped topping
Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour

Searched and you can freeze mousse, thaw in fridge to eat. My hips will thank me

Well that sounds good but the sugar attack would kill me. I didn't know until a Google search just now that cool whip has a sugar free version. Just imagine if I make this it would have to be sugar free cool whip, sugar free pudding mix and I'd need to substitute the milk with either almond milk or coconut milk. I'm afraid even with all the substitutes I'd like it lol .

Beth that is exactly how I make it, but I use the small package of sugar free pudding. I use almond milk too Tastes just fine to me.

There is also a recipe I heard about today that uses egg white- the carton pasteurized kind. Other ingredients include a cup of warm coffee and a tsp gelatin and a few other things. Once I've tried it,I'll let you know? it's sugar free without the aspartame in SF jello pudding..
