Carmel Frosting

My favorite cake is devils food with Carmel frosting. Could never make frosting like Aunt Polly but this sounds almost fool proof.

my dad's favorite cake was prune cake and of course it had to have caramel frosting... this does sound good was surprised that there was no powdered sugar in it... but maybe it wouldn't be as sweet.... some of them can be very sweet
