Easy Mac and Cheese for two
6 ounce dry macaroni
6 ounce cheddar cheese
6 ounce evaporated milk
Using wide pan add macaroni and enough water to just cover. Cook on high heat stirring constantly. Cook pasta until just a film of water in bottom of pan. Add milk so cooking on high and stirring until it comes to a boil. Add cheese stirring over low heat until good consistency. Add additional milk if necessary.
