Sheila, I like the Chefman brand, was recommended here but don’t remember who. I have limited counter space so bought 3.6 qt. It is not big enough for two people. I cooked a 1/3 lb burger but not enough room for fries (which I didn’t need) You need to leave enough room for air to circulate around food. I can cook two small piece of fish and a handful of fries at a time in 12 minutes. I cook 6 hard cooked eggs at a time which I love. Remove eggs from fryer into ice bath and use that water for plants, no waste. Easy to wash and only need to program temperature and time, good for a lazy cook. . Also as I age don’t want heavy appliance to move around. Use liners for crockpot so don’t have to lift heavy pot in and out of sink to clean.
