looks really good long time wise but does look good...
was reading some comments the other day on FB on someone's using caramelized onion ... some of the comment's said that they make the onions up and then freeze the onion's for when they are needed.

Sheila, I have a 3qt crockpot, cut the recipe in half and cooked on high for four hours. Years ago I stopped using crockpot because it overcooked everything. I started following Barbzee and her recipes which were mostly cooked on high. Made all the difference and I still use them. They are still on here but way way back. If a recipe says cook slow for 8 hrs you can cook on high for 4 hrs. All pots are different so you have to experiment. Lol
