Found this recipe and it looked easy if you use rotisserie chicken.

Looks yummy. I'm always looking for things both the kids & I would like. I used to love turkey tetrazzini to use up Thanksgiving day turkey but I haven't made it for years. What a great comfort food & easy for a toddler to eat.
Thanks!

This looks like a recipe I used to cook. And loved. I'll be cutting it in half and making again one of these days. Thanks for sharing it Shirl.

it sounds really good think I would like to try it as well... I laughed as I read it was automatically cutting it in half till I got to the garlic powder awfully hard to half a 1/4 tsp ... almost not worth it ...

Sheila, that would be a "pinch"

I did make it however there was going to be more for dinner than mom and I so made the full recipe it tasted really good I used a cream roasted garlic mushroom soup... instead of the regular cream of mushroom soup I think I would suggest breaking the spaghetti in half think it would be easier to stir in to the sauce... and my mom thought it didn't have enough chicken but then I didn't measure it so might not have gotten the full pound in... did you store bought cooked chicken.
I can see where it would be good to make the full recipe up and then freeze some of it in smaller serving bags

Sheila, I haven’t made this recipe yet. Thanks for your recommendation. I will take Karen’s suggestion to freeze without the spaghetti. I bought the Fasta Pasta so fixing a single serving of spaghetti will be quick. I’m all for easy and quick. Lol
