1 lb. god beef
1 med cabbage coarse chopped
1 med onion chopped
2 pk Seeds of Change ( prepackaged seasoned brown rice & quinoa) or 1 cup rice
1 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
3 garlic clove minced
1 Tb Worcestershire sauce
4 Tb brown sugar
1/2 tsp thyme
Salt and pepper
Combine grid beef, half onion, rice
In separate bowl mix crushed tomatoes, garlic, Worcestershire, brown sugar, thyme
Layer half onion, beef mixture, cabbage, half tomato mixture
Repeat with remaining ingredient
6 qt slow cooker 8 hours on low or 4 hour On high
