Haven’t tried it but sounded good
4 Tbl butter cut into 1/2” cubes, plus more for the casserole dish
12 oz. rotini pasta
1 lb frozen peeled and deveined medium shrimp
2 cups chicken broth
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
2 cloves garlic minced. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
Zest of 1/2 lemon. 1/3 cup fresh parsley chopped
Salt & pepper. 1/2 cup heavy cream warmed

Preheat oven 425°, generously grease bottom and sides of 9 by 13 casserole dish with butter. Spread rotini on bottom of dish, scatter shrimp, dot with butter cubes, pour broth, sprinkle with pepper flakes, garlic, zest, s & p Cover with foil bake about 25 minutes. In a small bowl toss together Parmesan and parsley. When pasta is done, stir in warm cream and top with cheese mixture.

If I make it back east in your direction.....I could warn you ahead of time just so you could practice with the ingredients.....

:D always welcome, no house so no place to plug in your Rv but do have a guest room. Also have ingredients for a Mudslide in case the recipe is a dud. Then we won’t care.

Is the pasta pre-cooked, my guess is yes.
Is shrimp raw?
I'd have to modify as I don't eat pasta but son does.

Velda, pasta is not precooked and shrimp is frozen. Thus dump, love it. I’m going to cut the recipe in half. Probably try this weekend. Will post results.

Fixed this for dinner. Threw it together during commercials. It was very good, pasta was perfect. I’m trying to save some for tomorrow. Lol

I cut the recipe in half and put it in an 8” square baking dish. It didn’t make a lot but was very good. I used what I had on hand, every thing but not many shrimp. Will make again but will make the full recipe.

Thanks, now I notched the chicken broth, which acts to cook the pasta like using lasagna noodles layered and you add water or broth to the sauce amd cover with foil and the lasagna noodles cook.
Have to see if son would like to try it.
