I had plenty of leftover ham from this past weekend and had most of the ingredients so I tried these. Turned out pretty good. The recipe is for 24 but I only made 12 and it was more than enough for the two of us.

Ham & Cheese Sliders
24 King's Hawaiian Rolls, sliced
24 slices honey roasted ham
24 slices swiss cheese

1/3 c. mayo
1/3 c. Miracle Whip
Mix mayo & Miracle Whip, spread on both sides of rolls. Place ham and swiss on rolls and close up. Place in large baking dish or deep baking pan, close together.

Poppy seed sauce
1 tbsp. poppy seed
1 1/2 tbsp. yellow mustard
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tbsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Whisk together sauce ingredients. Pour over tops of rolls and let sit for 10 min. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes until cheese is melted. Uncover and bake 2 more minutes or until rolls are crispy. Serve warm.

These can be made up in advance and refrigerated until you are ready to bake them.

I omitted the mayo (just used Miracle Whip), poppy seeds and minced onion (I used onion powder). We thought they tasted good even with my omissions.
