apple pie taco's

desert for camping...I think
4 apples, peeled and sliced
1/2 C. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 C. water
Tortilla's 6 inch size
oil
1/2 C. sugar and cinnamon mixture
whipped cream
Place the first 5 ingredients in a sauce pan cook till soft stirring frequently.
heat the oil in fry pan and take a tortilla fold it and fry the center then cook each side of fold
hopefully that makes sense
dust with cinnamon sugar fill with apple mixture and add whip cream
not sure how many it makes I fried up probably a dozen of the tortilla's but we only used 5 of them
at that time and we used canned cream prefer real but this was easiest...
