Grilled pizza sandwiches

This is unbelievably simple, but has always been a camping staple for me. My kids loved them, and now the grandkids ask for them. Best thing is that the ingredients are easy to carry with you.
Make them like a regular grilled cheese sandwich with two slices of bread, except use sliced mozzarella, pizza sauce from a squeeze bottle, and pepperoni or Canadian bacon. Spice 'em up with green pepper and onion or mushrooms if you want, but the kids usually just want the sauce, cheese, and meat. Be sure to put the sauce between the cheese slice and the pepperoni so the bread doesn't get soaked with sauce. These are also great made in a pie iron in the fire.

Sounds like a great, easy lunch! Portion size limited, too, so I don't eat the whole pizza.
