found this recipe suppose to be Chipolatas recipe for guacamole
rather is or not is sure good
2 ripe avocados
2 tsp. lime juice
2 T. cilantro chopped
1/4 C. red onion finely chopped
1/2 jalapeno finely chopped (seeded)
1/4 tsp. kosher salt
smash the avocados add rest of ingredients enjoy

That's pretty much the way I make mine only I don't use a recipe. :lol:
I also after research began adding a small amount of red wine vinegar and we really liked it though you can't taste the vinegar, it somehow enhances taste. We also like a small amount of finely diced tomato in ours. Thin sliced jicama is great scooping guacamole!

till I used this recipe I usually just added some salsa to the mix but saw this so decided to
try it...hadn't thought of using jicamon but would taste yummy I'm sure...love them just wish they
were smaller :roll:
