Almond Joy Brownie Cups

I have a friend that makes these occasionally and I totally enjoy them
made them today very easy and really good

Almond Joy Brownie Cups
1 family size brownie mix (I would think you could make your own recipe and it would work as well)
1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
1 14 oz. bag of coconut
1/4 C. milk
1 C. chocolate chips, melted
1/2 C. almonds crushed (it says you can use other nuts)
Directions: mix brownie mix according to box.
Spray cupcake liners really well!!! fill the muffin tines 1/2 full bake at 350 for 12 minutes.
while baking mix together sweetened condensed milk, coconut, and milk
put a glob of coconut on each brownie cup continue baking for another 14-16 minutes
when done cooking take the melted chocolate and drizzle top with a bit of the almonds
note my friend mixes the almonds into the coconut mixture and also puts 2 whole almonds
not sure if it was on top of the coconut or under whatever you want
I made 20 brownie cups not sure how many my friend gets

As far as I'm concerned, anything with sweetened condensed milk and coconut has to be delicious! When I can figure out my microwave/convection oven I'll try a gluten-free version. Thank you for posting Sheila.
