S'more Dip

Barbie mentioned s'mores and I remembered seeing this recipe so thought I
would post it takes some of the fun out of s'mores but at the same time there are some
who can't do the fire due to heath issues so here is a way of almost having a s'more

S'more Dip
Ingredients:
3/4 C. semi sweet chocolate chips
8 lg marshmallows cut in half
Graham Crackers
Preheat oven to 450 F.
in a small cast iron skillet (not sure why they say cast iron would think if it's iron proof to that temp use it)
put the chips in an even layer
top with the marshmallows bake 6-8 minutes or until marshmallows are lightly browned. Remove from heat let stand 5 minutes.
use the crackers to dip into the chips/marshmallows
Note I've not tried this but sounds good

We have seen a couple of times at our Walmart this summer what they are calling s'more marshmallows . They were larger squares that were flat so when they puff from heat they actually are a little larger than a graham square. We are hoping to find more of them as toaster oven s'mores have become a once in a while teat here ( not that any of us need them but they are good)! I never did like burnt marshmallows so these suit me well. And would work for the recipe maybe without cutting.
