idea how much spinach/kale to use I realize the seasoning are to taste....but not sure how much of the green stuff
and I didn't take down the recipe when I went to Yuma so didn't realize I needed special cheese think it will matter
want to make it for a potluck on Sunday

decided to make it on Thurs there is a pot luck out here in the desert and didn't have to figure out how to
get it done in the amount of time I had between church and the pot luck

thanks Liz got some provolone and white cheddar and asiago and some shredded mozzarella
will make a mess of something :lol:

Sheila, I just throw in a couple of handfuls of green stuff, either the Kale or spinach, whatever I happen to have on hand. You could use cabbage...use your imagination! :D

thanks for the help....when I do a recipe the first time I like to do it according to the recipe
but will do as you say a couple of handfuls...bought kale not used it much so that will be a different
green

finally made it ...took it to some friends house and another couple came over and at least two of us
enjoyed it...I enjoyed mine today...couldn't get into the computer so added something that wasn't
in the recipe but it didn't hurt it :lol:
