on the list to try soon!!! but sounds really good
3/4 C. canned crushed tomatoes
1 tsp. chopped garlic
1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
1/8 tsp. pepper
5 oz. raw shrimp, peeled, tails removed,deveined
1 C. small broccoli florets
1/2 C. chopped pepper
1/2 C chopped onion
salt optional
Preheat oven to 375 F. Lay large piece of heavy foil on baking sheet; coat with cooking spray. In large bowl, mix tomatoes,garlic, red pepper flakes and pepper. Stir in remaining ingredients. Place onto the center of foil. Fold foil edges together to seal, forming packet. Bake 15-20 or until shrimp are cooked through and veggies are tender. Cut packet to release steam before opening entirely.
