Cream Cheese Cookie Cups
1 - 18oz tube of refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough
(you will use only half)
Filling;
4 oz cream cheese softened
2 T butter, softened
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 1/4 C powdered sugar
With floured hands take half the cookie dough and press
about 1 T into the bottom and up the sides of 12 ungreased
miniature muffin cups. Bake @350 for 8-10 mins or until
lightly browned. Push down any puffed cookies to reshape
them. Cool for 5 mins. before removing from the cups.
In a small bowl beat the first 3 filling ingredients until
well blended. Gradually beat in the sugar. Spoon into
cookie cups. Store in the fridge.
Yield: 1 doz.
