Just got this recipe in my email this morning... it's a lower fat (Ha) version of the infamous rich and yummy

Peanut Butter Blossoms..

14 ounces fat-free sweetened condensed milk
3/4 cup Reduced Fat Creamy Peanut Butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 cup reduced fat Bisquick®

1/4 cup sugar
40 pieces Hershey kisses

Mix condensed milk, vanilla and pb together. Beat well. Mix in Bisquick.
This will get to be a really tough dough - my food processor couldn't
handle it and I had to finish mixing the bisquick in by hand. It'll work!

Form into a ball. Make 40 little balls, about 1 inch each. Roll each ball
lightly in sugar and place on cookie sheet. Bake 6-8 minutes at 375.

As soon as they come out, press one Hershey's Kiss into each cookie. The
cookie will spread and crack at the edges. Let cool.

Will try this one very soon...(got lots of peanut butter around)

God Bless

Zeee

Ladies, you need to try this one! This is the only peanut butter cookie recipe that tastes and turns out good, even without the kisses. I've had the recipe for decades! Yum-o!

OOPs! Retraction!
I only read the name of the cookie and didn't bother to read the ingredients. So I have not made these.
Sorry!

Okies, will have to purchase Bisquick - and after I get my new micro/convection oven, will figure out how to use the convection part - and will make these. Now, if I had the new oven and Bisquick in the next week, I could make them for a party I need to bring something to - hmmmmmmm - oh well, either way - I will be trying these out - sound wonderful - and at least they're a little lower in fat and calories - I need way lower, but will settle for a little lower.

Also, I think I'll try them with dark chocolate kisses.
