Another guacamole recipe

I've never been overly fond of guacamole....probably because I'm not real fond of cilantro and most of the time I felt it overpowered the flavor. But tonight one of our friends had made this and I really like it. Plus it's quick and easy.

1 ripe avocado mashed
Add:
1 tbsp. lime juice.
1/3 cup plain yogurt or sour cream
1/2 cup your favorite salsa.
chopped onion to taste (opt)

Have to agree with the no sour cream opinion...otherwise it's exactly right!

We add a little cottage cheese and chopped fresh tomatoes instead of the yogurt/sour cream and salsa. I love guacamole and I like the taste of cilantro in recipes I just can't stand the smell to chop it myself
