Slow Cooker Pork Chops with Apples & Sweet Potatoes

You know the substitute will always work! I did about 5 hours the first time, on low. Second time did 2 hours high, then thought I turned it to low, but had turned it off. Ooopps! Did high another 45 mins and it was just right.

Sprinter loved the fall apart tenderness of the chop as did I. May do a potluck with this later this week. Really liked the fix ahead part.
