Fruit and Avocado dish

I found this recipe in a Woman's World sounded good so tried it it was

Fruit and Avocado Cocktail ( Woman's World 11-17-14)
4 C. bite size pieces of your favorite melon
2 C. bite size pieces peeled fresh pineapple or canned pineapple chunks well drained
1 C. fresh or frozen strawberries halved
2 T. spicy fruit seasoning powder (Tajin)
2 T. lime juice
2 large avocado's pitted, peeled, and diced
½ C. shredded unsweetened coconut
In a large bowl combine:melon, pineapple, strawberries, 11/2 T. spicy fruit seasoning and 1 ½ T. lime juice.
In separate bowl toss avocado with ½ T. spicy fruit seasoning and ½ T. lime juice. Serve fruit topped with avocado and coconut. Serves 5 can add more seasoning if desired to individual servings

you can find the spicy fruit seasoning in Wal Mart from what google says I found it at Smith's (part of Kroger)
I really liked it but did forget the coconut!!

Interesting combo. And I have Tajin on hand. But melon might be a challenge now in Nov. have to see.

Velda what do you use Tajin in? I bought it especially for this recipe

Husband uses it to season the food he purses for his meals. I have not tried it much but he used it recently on the micro chips he made and it was really good. Still experimenting with it.
