Crock Pot Seafood Creole

Crock Pot Seafood Creole..


1 1/2 c. diced celery
1 1/4 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. chopped bell pepper
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (28 oz.) can diced tomatoes
1 clove garlic minced. or more to your liking :)
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
6 drops Tabasco (opt.) or put in when serving
1 lb. shrimp, deveined & shelled
1/2 lb Large Scallops cut in quarters...or use small bay scallops...
Crab legs or Imatation crab.. your choice..
1/2 box frozen Okra (put in the last 40 minutes of cooking )

Combine all ingredients except shrimp. Cook 3 to 4 hours on high
Add shrimp last 10 minutes of cooking. Serve over hot rice.

I use Yellow rice for this... now you can do many variations.. but
boy is this good.. if you don't like the seafood used..subsitute..or
make it all shrimp.. .. I like variety.. :)
