EASY LOW EVERYTHING DESSERT
1 8 oz Package FAT FREE Philadelphia Cream Cheese
8 ounces plain Fat Free Yogurt
8 oz or to taste Lite Cool Whip
1 ½ Tab. Brown Sugar or sugar substitute like Splenda
½ Teas. Almond flavoring
1 ½ - 2 cups fresh blueberries or grapes
Directions: Drain the yogurt in a coffee filter for a few hours and it will be the consistence of sour cream. Mix the cream cheese, yogurt, brown sugar & almond flavoring together and stir in the Cool Whip and add fresh Blueberries, Grapes or other fruit of your choice. Fat free/sugar free Vanilla yogurt could also be used.
Chill well before serving.
I made this yesterday and even my DH liked it and he doesn't usually eat fruit!
